Piccolo Gift Shop, Inc. is a family owned business that operates and manages a chain of retail gift shops, most of which are located in the lobbies of various New York City hotels. Our President has been in the hotel gift shop and concierge services business for 35 years in various capacities and both bring many years of customer service experience and expertise into Piccolo Gift Shop. Incorporated in 1997, we have grown from two to six locations in this period, and are constantly seeking to expand our base of operations.

     Piccolo Gift Shop is known in our industry first and foremost for the business integrity we have consistently maintained over the years and the expertise we display in operating gift shops and providing concierge services. The services we provide and the merchandising in our gift shops has been geared toward meeting the unique needs of the hotel guests at any given location.

      Unlike larger corporations, the owners of Piccolo Gift Shop have a hands-on approach at each gift shop and concierge we operate. We are directly involved in the hiring, training, and supervision of each employee. We are also available at all times to deal with any problems which may occur. In addition, over the years we have been characterized by a close and amicable relationship with the various hotel managers and owners. We see Piccolo Gift Shop as a seamless extension of the hotel in meeting the needs of the guests, and as a compliant and amicable tenant of hotel management.

      In addition to the products found in usual hotel gift shops, we provide a number of tourist related services that include sightseeing tours by bus, boat and helicopter, transportation services to and from the airports and in or out of town, and ticketing to the theatre and other special events.
